Method
Our Research Methodology: research first, execute second.
Most business advice fails because it skips the boring half: costs, rules, saturation, and the parts that go wrong. This is how each Guide is built instead.
- 01
Define the model precisely
Before anything else, the model is written down as a sequence of concrete actions. If a step can't be described concretely, it isn't in the guide.
- 02
Collect primary sources
Regulator pages, platform policies, supplier pricing, official statistics. Secondary commentary is used only to find primary material, never as the evidence itself.
- 03
Verify every number
Each figure needs a named organisation, a date and a working link. Anything that fails that test is removed rather than softened.
- 04
Document how it fails
Common mistakes, saturation, legal exposure and realistic timelines are researched with the same effort as the upside.
- 05
Test the instructions
Setup steps are walked through as written, so the sequence actually functions for someone with no prior experience.
- 06
Date and version it
Every guide carries an edition number and a last-researched date. When a platform or price changes, the edition is revised.
Market context
Broad market and industry context from official sources. These figures are not WIIAW customer earnings or expected results.
