1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of What If It Actually Worked and any Guide purchased through it.

2. What you are buying

A licence to access and use a digital research document and its accompanying templates for your own personal or internal business use.

3. Licence and restrictions

• One licence covers one person or one business
• You may not resell, republish, share or redistribute the files
• You may not use the content to create a competing product

4. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally by a secure, time-limited download link sent to the email address used at checkout. It is your responsibility to give a working address.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Taxes are applied where required. Payment is processed by a third-party provider; we do not store card details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the published refund policy.

7. No guarantees

Guides are educational. No income, result or outcome is promised or guaranteed, as set out in the earnings disclaimer.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and governing law
