Refund policy

The window

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Email orders@wiiaw.com from the address used at checkout, with your order reference.

What is covered

• The Guide was not what the product page described
• You could not access or download the files and we could not resolve it
• You bought the wrong Guide or bought twice by mistake

What is not covered

• Requests made after the refund window closes
• Dissatisfaction with outcomes, since no outcome is promised
• Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, or evidence of redistribution

How it is processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your access to the files is revoked, and you must delete any copies you hold.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. In some jurisdictions, a statutory cancellation right for digital content ends once download begins with your consent.
